About Eileen Hull…

Eileen grew up in a large family where there was always an art project in the works.  Creative thinking was encouraged at a young age and for that she is eternally grateful.

Designing dies for Sizzix is her dream job because she loves to create in three dimensions. She discovered that books, folders and boxes were easy to make from leftover matboard but the problem was getting an accurate and consistent cut. She approached Sizzix with the idea of making a die that could cut and score thicker material like matboard and chipboard. And so in 2009, ScoreBoards™ dies came to be! Matboard is super sturdy and the perfect surface for ink, stamps, paint and mists.

Eileen is a Designer member of the Craft and Hobby Association and has served in various volunteer positions in the CHA Designer Section. She and her husband live outside of Washington, DC in their empty nest, but their four little birds are always flying back in for visits.  The newest member of the family is Scotty, the vintage camper.

Eileen will be teaching three classes and she has a fabulous Make n Take planned.  We are so lucky that in one of the classes we will be one of the first stores in the country to be using her latest release of dies, they do not hit the stores till November but we will have them to play with.  We are also offering a special pre order price for these dies.

Let's hear from you . . .
