A Vision Board can be a powerful tool to help you achieve your goals and dreams.  Whether you believe that or not, we know that visualization works. Olympic athletes have been using it to improve performance,just go to the NY Times and do a search.

So, what’s the big secret to creating a vision board that works? It’s simple: Your vision board should focus on how you want to feel, not just on things that you want.

Please bring a pair of scissors and adhesive to class.  This planner is a much smaller size and can work with either A5, spiral bound or Travelers notebook planners.  When you sign up for the class please let us know which planner you will be using it for.
