Everything Scrapbook and Stamps is pleased to announce our themes for the 2023 ATC swap.
Don’t worry if you have never participated in an ATC Swap before, it is easy and there are only a few rules.
Your card must measure 2.5 by 3.5 inches and must have the following information on the back of the card:
- Your Name,
- Name of the Swap: (eg: Everything Scrapbook & Stamps “Tim Holtz Paint”)
- the number of the card in the series (i.e. card 1 of 6, card 2 of 6, etc)
- Contact information, either email or phone
- and the date
You will need to make 6 cards.
If you attend our swap in person, we will be doing the trade on the first Wednesday of the month at 12:30pm. If you live out of town or are unable to attend you can mail your swap in to us. Please make sure to include a postage paid envelope. We will do the swap and mail your swapped cards back to you. Please have the trade to us by the last Saturday of the month.
2023 Themes, Due dates are the last Saturday of the month. The actual trade will take place on the Following Wednesday at 12:30pm
January: Romance
February: Paperartsy
March: Fonts (numbers and/or letters)
April: Stamperia
May: Under the Sea
June: Travel
July: Flights of Fancy
August: AAll and Create
September: Body Parts (hands, eyes, etc)
October: Leaves
November: Nutcracker
December: A Winters Night
2024 Themes
Our ATC swap is open to everyone near and far. The themes are all based on Tim Holtz Distress Colors which means these colors need to be featured prominently in your ATCs. What you create with these colors is up to you. You can use inks, glazes, paints, sprays, or stains. Just create 6 ATC cards and have them turned in by the due date listed. You can drop them off or mail them in and get 6 cards back. If you are mailing cards in please allow for shipping time and remember to include a self-addressed stamp envelope to get 6 cards back.

Number of Altered Trading Cards to make: 6 for each swap.
The great thing about our ATC swap is you do not have to live near us to participate. You can mail your ATC’s to us ahead of time and we can do the swap for you. Please remember to send a stamped self addressed envelope with your swap.. . . and your name, contact information, date and the theme should be on the back of the ATC.
