Watercolor as a Medium with Mike

Written by Michelle Mccosh

Watercolor as a medium. We will use professional watercolor pencils, combine with tube watercolors, as well work in ink pens such as the Pigma Micron and Faber Castell Pitt Pens. We will use a water soluble graphite pencil and explore combining graphite with pigment for some very spontaneous effects. Once a person learns the flexibility of watercolor as a medium, they can apply those techniques in all their Zen tangling, mixed media, cards, and even multimedia techniques. We will also pursue wet on wet techniques, and special effects!
