Luci Brito, our Design Team Member, did it again! This month she was given a box of supplies from Tim Holtz, Kaisercraft & Authentique. What Luci turns around is always impressive! The front of our store has a display that will get you in the Holiday spirit thanks to Luci’s creative decor.
Luci’s first project was creating a shadow box worthy of staying out all year! She started off using Tim Holtz Idea-ology “Configurations Shadow Box”.

Configurations are dimensional shadow boxes made from strong paper board making them inkable, paintable, collagable, and best of all – configurable! You can fill this box with all of the tiny treasures you want, we carry plenty in the store. Tim Holtz Idea-ology items are a perfect addition. Add color, paper, trinkets, feet and so on. There is no limit to what you can do!

Have you ever hears of an explosion box? Do you know where it gets it name? Open the lid to find out…
BOOM!
Surprise!
There it is! Take off the lid and the four walls “explode”. dropping down to reveal a surprise inside. This never gets old. Using layers of Authentique paper and some creative cutting you too can make this. It is easier than you think to make one.
Using the same supplies and techniques Luci did the same thins with these blocks.
